My favorite moon song is Moon River. It makes me think of Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" but even before I saw that movie, I fell in love with those Johnny Mercer lyrics . .They had me at "huckleberry friend".

Ohhh, I do like Moon River. But when you asked about a song with a moon in it, my mind instantly went to "Blue Moon." I have a friend who insists that it's scientifically proven that once Blue Moon enters your head, no other songs can remain. So... I guess I like Blue Moon? ;)
Anyway, great news that it's coming out in paperback!

Congratulations on the paperback release! My favorite "moon" song is Frank Sinatra's Fly Me to the Moon. It brings back great memories of my Mom and dancing in the kitchen.
I was going to say "Blue Moon" by Rodgers and Hart since it was the first to pop into my head, but a very close second is "Old Devil Moon" from Finian's Rainbow, a sentimental favorite of mine. Congratulations, Nance!

My favorite MOON song is "FLY ME TO THE MOON" by Frank Sinatra; another favorite would be "Moondance" by Van Morrison; then there's Dean Martin's "That's Amore"...I'll stop, but there's so many more! Love your stuff, Nancy!
